Administrator Workbench is a function-rich environment where product tables are defined and easily maintained through the use of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (Figure 1).  Users of this suite also control content management and assignment of security roles and privileges.  This suite is further defined by the following features:

• Business ownership of product definitions and maintenance with externalized rating engine for single point development and implementation
• Version control and upgrade proof configuration so product definitions or changes are never lost or overwritten
• Single environment to access and manage all content materials
• Security console for defining and assignment of user roles and privileges
