Security Framework
Application security is an integral part of the CodeObjects platform. CodeObjects comes with a comprehensible and highly flexible security framework that can integrate with existing security solutions. CodeObjects security framework includes the following:

Data Quality
CodeObjects data quality can be used to cleanse and standardize data that goes into your system, like addresses and names. Data cleansing eliminates data duplication and makes information retrieval more reliable. CodeObjects Data Quality allows you plug-in offerings from any external data quality vendor.
Out of the box CodeObjects provides plug-ins to the Business Objects DQXI 11.5; an industry leading data cleansing solution. CodeObjects supports individual (transactional) as well as multiple (batch) cleansing.

Analytics Integration
CodeObjects makes it easy to create applications with integrated business intelligence (BI) and reporting capabilities. This is made possible through CodeObjects application model that captures information on analytical and reporting requirements. The information from the model is used to automate the ETL process to get data from the transactional system to the analytical system.

CodeObjects comes integrated with Business Intelligence and Reporting solutions. The architecture also allows for use with solutions from other vendors.

Audit Trail
CodeObjects offers an integrated audit trail service with all insurance solutions. This service monitors and tracks system activity to assist with reconstruction and examination of user accountability, transaction history and system troubleshooting.

Microsoft Office Integration
CodeObjects office integration solutions integrate with Office products like Microsoft Word and Outlook. These solutions allow you to send email from within CodeObjects applications using templates that will automatically merge in data from the application. You can also utilize Outlook Calendar and Tasks for keeping track of activities and work that you define in CodeObjects applications.

Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)
CodeObjects CTI is designed to reduce your call handling times and improve the interaction with your customers. Using CTI, which can also be integrated with any IVR (Interactive Voice Response) vendors, CodeObjects applications can be configured to identify the caller, retrieve the relevant information and setup the application UI for interacting with the caller. CodeObjects CTI also supports call routing and collecting of call statistics.

CodeObjects CTI supports SIP Protocol and can work with leading vendors like Cisco ICM, Avaya, Genesis and Aspect. CodeObjects also supports numerous PBX vendors.

Assignment Engine
CodeObjects provides a general purpose rule based assignment engine that matches objects with potential candidates to find the best candidate. This can be used for any area where you need to perform assignments based on rules. Examples could be assigning work to contractors based on location, price, area of expertise or assigning work to employees based on skills and workload.

Rules Engine
CodeObjects offers a complete and independent rules management solution that leverages English-like syntax for writing rules. Our solution provides the flexibility for new rules and rule modifications to be implemented in real-time without coding changes or programming packages. Equipped with advanced tools for creating, deploying and maintaining rule services, our rules engine solution is also both developer and business user friendly.

Rating Engine
CodeObjects offers an insurance rating solution that simplifies the product development phase by allowing rating frameworks to be built from Microsoft Excel spreadsheet applications. Our externalized rating engine empowers pricing analysts to modify or implement new products in real-time without code changes or programming packages. Employing this process allows pricing teams to take on a traditional development role without the need to recode rate structures into programming languages.

Business Process Management (BPM) Engine
CodeObjects supports automating your real world business processes through integration with BPM engines. All this can be done through graphical editors provided by CORAD.

CodeObjects supports the industry standard WS-BPEL (Web Services – Business Process Execution Language) which is today used by most of the major BPM vendors. This solution allows you to use any BPM vendor of your choice. Out of the box CodeObjects comes integrated with BPM solution.

Enterprise Service Bus
The event driven Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) of CodeObjects makes it easy to integrate applications built on this platform with other applications that you have in your enterprise. CodeObjects works with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) providers to create standards based integration solutions using messaging, web services, data transformations, event handling and event routing.
